Shaoguan's Le-chang-xia hydrostation (near the border between Guangdong and Hunan) is seriously threatened by huge amount of garbages flushed from upstream after a series of heavy rains. The total grabage-covered at dam area is over 200,000 square meters, some parts of garbage thickness is over one meter. (20160424-Sources: news.cn)
