lady driver was captured by
Guangdong police for using a
sanitary napkin to cover her license plate . The
lady explained to police that she was trying to not
be pictured by the speed-control cameras.

young man driving this Porsche with the front and
back plates covered by lady's sanitary napkins was
captured on freeway from
Qingdao to provincial capital city
Jinan
in
Shandong Province. The driver was fined 200 yuan
RMB
and recorded of 6 points on his driving license. The
driver explained to police that doing this is for
fun and also for not captured by monitoring the
speed-control cameras.
