(1940- )

He Yong, Han nationality, a native of Qianxi County, Hebei Province, was born in October 1940. He joined the Communist Party of China (CPC) in December 1958, started to work in September 1967, graduated from the specialty of precision instruments and meters and mechanical engineering of the Precision Instruments and Meters Engineering Department of Tianjin University; with a university education, he holds the professional title of Senior Engineer.

He is now a member of the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee, deputy secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and minister of Supervision.

He was elected member and Standing Committee member of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection at the 14th CPC National Congress and was elected member, Standing Committee member and deputy secretary of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection at the 15th and 16th CPC National Congresses.
